The Heart Pagoda was designed exclusively for the Fall 2018 Heart of Texas Bead Retreat. Everyone who took the class there had a great time working on it. Several people finished during the retreat! The comment I heard the most was that it was fun to make, and that makes me happy 🙂
This piece is a fun foray into structural bead weaving… Several new techniques are introduced in this class, so you must feel comfortable with thread management and peyote stitch. But, once you understand the basic structure, there are many possibilities for this shape.

I live in the Dallas area but I do get down to Austin from time to time. Since you aren’t holding any classes at this time is there any chance I can purchase instructions for the Heart Pagoda design? I saw some examples at the Sea of Beads on my last trip to Austin and would love to make some myself.
