It’s that time of year again – International Beading Week 2019 is July 27 to August 4!    There are many activities planned across the globe to showcase beading …  Take a look at the IBW website or join the Facebook page group.  Lots of fun projects to work on!  

Katie Dean at Bead Flowers has a special IBW Beaded Box Beadalong that is an online course, which you can join and follow at your own pace.

Since my plans involve some travel, I’m going to try to do some Beading in Public, or as Cath Thomas calls it “BIPping”.  It’s simple…  you take your beads and sit in a public place while you work on your project.  I’ve done this before and it’s amazing to see the interest it generates!
